Nonsense, lovely shot with the warm colours coming from the candle flame. "Nonsense" may be a bit contentious depending on who you talk to, but I like the image.
But star of the show is the shot of your lovely dog in his(?) extravagant collar. First is better for me due to the absense of the flare / reflection, and he(?) has a great expression, very regal, looking straight down the lens. No need for the second one here, it doesn't offer (me) anything the first doesn;t have. Love the BG of the tree and the presents. Thats the sort of shot you;ll look back on one day (hopefully not anytime soon) and cherish with a smile.
