The Tech is Panning for Sep/Oct - it's in the Themes thread.
As we are now looking ahead to things around the end of the year. the rather random choice I picked for the next week is Exit
Aw! Leave it Out KellI'm out.
You're far from being alone with duplicate policies - I'm sure Martin Lewis would provide some startling stats for that ... as well as for policies taken out for non-existent products. Bravo Eversure.Remember that the tech themes are intended to be a gentle push into trying something new. Give them a go, this isn't a competition, just a personal challenge.
In a sprit of Candid-ness, I have to confess that I just discovered that I took out duplicate policies with Eversure a couple of months apart last year, only realised thanks to the renewal notice for the second one arriving. The nice lady there not only cancelled the auto-renewal that was going to take place, but arranged a full premium refund for the duplicate policy, which was very decent and unexpected. But what a daft old sod I am for doing that in the first place!
All best wishes for your speedy recovery KeithHad a rough couple of months health wise, so decided to opt for the wall of shame for this year. Don’t fancy trying to catch up when health issue hopefully resolved in next month or so.
Plan to give it another go next year and cptmn (my daughter Megan) will have another go- well she said she would
Enjoy the rest of this years 52
Cheers
Nominative determinism in action !Had a nightmare journey back from Paxos last friday. It has taken 24hours to get home, starting with a cancelled ferry. A trip to mainland greace and then onto corfu to get to the airport on a larger car ferry missing our flight by 5hours. Had been booked onto another flight going to a different uk airport, which was delayed by 4hours. Got back to the uk, then had a Taxi journey to the orginal airport to pick up our car and a drive home. To top it all we had collected Covid on the way. I'm on day 5 of covid, still got a positive test this morning. Feel okish but have missed last weeks theme. Hopefully will be clear in a couple more days.

Borrow one?Tips for flash photography without a flash or should I head over to the GAS thread ?
I did ponder on this, but decided that most people probably have access to some sort of flash gun, but there are other types of "flash" lighting - you could even interpret it as "flashlight", ie torch, photography, or playing with light... it's open to shoehorns as alwaysTips for flash photography without a flash or should I head over to the GAS thread ?
