Week 42

This should get the the old grey matter working with some Precision
 
Falling behind, but thought I'd check in to see the theme. I'm wishing I owned a Fender Precision - that would be a nice subject :)

I think I need to fit shadows into my rustic theme. We're not due another Snapper's Choice are we @Cobra? Or is that top secret information?

Thank you. I had looked at the sacred scrolls, but I'd forgotten about that list. So I'd better get shadows sorted then...
 
Well infection has gone but the hospital have told me my recovery will take quite a while now as still have a bad cough and feel totally knackered, thank god for plenty of oxygen in hospital. I will finish my 52 but it will take me time now as stuck indoors till I feel safe to get back out and about., in the next day or so I will get my precision shot done.
 
Tut! my second is late again looks like I have to do my own count down :(

Its less than 20 hours till the next theme folks.

Also this is the last week for the tech Shadows


A general heads up for those that never read the banner headers, TP will be off line from 07:30 this Friday 28th, for a couple of hours,
while we do a much needed server upgrade and install patches, hopefully the re-boot won't take too long.

Liking vehicle very much thank you, very open one to do so maybe a Flying Pigeon.
I did see the banner the other day so noted not to try and login.
 
I could use this theme as an excuse to get a fresh vehicle!!!
 
I’m falling behind terribly with a few practical problems uploading images at the moment, even if I manage to capture them, plus life getting in the way issues. I shall catch up, so please don’t ditch me for a few weeks yet @LC2 @Cobra

edit: I’m actually only missing one image from the last three weeks but am unable to resize and upload them. I’d also like to process them a little.

Not sure what camera(s) you're using but some can do resizing in-camera. Pretty sure all my shots have been done that way. OK, it's not the highest resolution option but it can work!

That’s a good idea which I could explore. In this case two of the photos were taken on my phone. I think I could email them to myself, but the pixels may be too many. I also don’t have a lot of time to fiddle at the moment - there may be a way on my phone.
 
Well well! The world has spun about and here we are on Theme Eve again!

Time to get those vehicle shots in! And time to ponder what delights our reptilian overlord has in store for us tomorrow!

Can you not connect your phone to your computer and copy the photos across?

Well normally I would of course, but I haven't been able to access my computer - until this evening!! That was the problem. Anyway, I shall be able to share my rubbish offerings now. Onward and upward :)
 
Week 44

I guess you have all been expecting this one for a while,
especially now as there is a real Autumnal feel to the weather.

A new technique also, Leading lines.

As some of you have already guessed, it's Snappers Choice this week.

An ideal time to think about the technique Leading Lines.
 
Well - today is the end of dowotyoowantweek so tomorrow is doasyertowdweek again and I'm sure our smooth legless gaffer fella will have an interesting inspiring them a la juicy creative for us all!
