Alas, it's not a Big Kahuna Burger. That does look like a tasty burger! Tasty shot.
It is indeed a sausage and egg muffin. Home cooked though, not bought from the golden arches.Love the burger? looks like a McDonalds breakfast.
Brings back memories of hangovers.
Oh, I'm hungry now
Time for my lunch ️
You've picked the right one there, the burger looks really good. It looks too good to be a Maccies one.
I'm glad my photos have caused hungerGreat burger shot there. Off to make myself one!!
Ta. They were nice.Hmmm, dinner and desert...both look good...
Lovely burger pic Tim. It does look rather appetising (as does the chocolate!)
TBH I have McDs more often than I should - often when out doing shoots in London.Hmmm that's lunch sorted. Haven't had a McDs for yonks!
It's never too early for second breakfastVery nice burger, looks at clock- is it too early for lunch
It wasn't wastedNo harm done to have junk food occasionally and obviously don't want to waste good food or is that done deliberately?
I got everything set up while cooking (took the chocolate photo first).Looks more than good enough to eat. Hope it didn't get cold waiting on the composition!
I had a few options, with differing DoF, but yeah, went with the large aperture oneLooks good enough to eat.
Prefer the burger shot, so I think you made the right choice and the shallow DOF works for me.
Oh I could murder that McD's right now!
@SimonH @RyanB Get yourselves down to Tesco for the patties and muffins (Warburtons are better than Tesco Own) and then it's the work of 10-15 minutes to cook them for yourself (most of that being grilling the patty.I could do with a egg and sausage muffin about now too, looks good!
Yep, I have had those ones from Tesco and they are really good. I did find they cooked up a bit thick so ended up cutting them like a bagel so I could make 2 and fit the egg, cheese and bacon all in the muffin without it falling apart.Get yourselves down to Tesco for the patties and muffins (Warburtons are better than Tesco Own) and then it's the work of 10-15 minutes to cook them for yourself (most of that being grilling the patty.
Shots like this look colder with having no people in frame. That's what strikes me anyway. Nice shot.Week 2 - Cold
A cold morning on Osterley station waiting for my train up to the smoke.
The 73 stock pictured was heading towards Heathrow.
Week 2 - Cold by Tim White, on Flickr
A few minutes later the shot would have had 3 or 4 people in it, wrapped up in coats with hats on.Shots like this look colder with having no people in frame. That's what strikes me anyway. Nice shot.
Over time, I kinda wish I had spent more time on the chocolate shot. I'm edging back towards it now. That big kahuna burger looks so good!!
Really like the toblerone shot too
Not sure that it wouldn't have ended up being a bit too busy though. I was hoping that the crisp frosty feel would come through in the photo as is.Looks frosty on the foreground and in the bushes, I think people wrapped up might have added a little but it works as it is.
As per my comment to Allan H, I was hoping not to need to over emphasize the coldnessChilly people would have made the picture but then the train would have gone, timing tsk!
Cheers That's kinda what I was hoping would come through from the shot.Clear sky and frost on the ground so must on the cold side, train nice and sharp
TaFrosty platforms and bare trees. Certainly looks cold.
It was. I had my hat on...As said, looks like a cold morning. Nice idea.
I'm glad that the tube runs frequentlyLike the concept - and the platform definitely looks uncomfortably cold!
I hadn't really noticed that bh, but I see what you meanGood one Tim, I like the pops of red in different spots all in a line
Standing room only probably !I spent many a morning commuting from there when I lived in Osterley.
Nice capture.
Yes, I thought that too, but hadn't realised when looking at the back of the camera, so I was home by the time.I think they are both worthy The paint layers pic is quite interesting Little more DoF on the stack maybe.
