The horizon is straight, it is the dark band (distance waves) that's deceiving.

To each his own I guess but I don't think they're over processed, you have to have good color or they tend to appear a little flat. But, I would be curious to see how they look with just a hair more contrast to balance out the brightness a little more, it's just my personal taste and I think I strained an eye looking close into the shadows. These actually look very good. Great shooting!

Stunning shots, as usual, Phil. I like the little shack on the beach scenes from different angles, you made a good choice in doing that.

Thanks Kirk....it's one of the few landmarks on the beach so you need to be creative if you're going to be shooting it every morning
