Hi Alison,

Young - Clever use of the bars to emphasise the purpose of "Feltham Young Offenders"
I may have photoshopped out the street light though, as it's not adding anything to the shot.

Pose - Sharp image in what looks like difficult lighting and difficult positioning of the statue with respect to the available background. Not much you could do about blurring the background more with that lens though.

Celebrate - And what a tree to celebrate with The bright light on it does cause the baubles to stand well, and that's a cracking blue sky behind the building.
