Hey! Which event was that for? We're investigating some reports of this for both the Birmingham and Bristol event. It seems some of the Birmingham and Bristol mailings were held up by Royal Mail, they received all the mailings for these events on the 5th of July and should have been delivered on the the 8th and 9th of July, but it appears this didn't happen in a number of cases until much later. Royal Mail have so far no given much of an answer to us or the company you carried out the mailing for us.

I'm a fan of the Tamron super zooms.

I have a 28~300mm XR DI as the default lens on my Nikon D600 and a 16~300mm on one of my Sony A65s. They've each given several years of good service.

New Manfrotto Tripods!

I'm not sure on the number of units but we should have more again next week! I can't guarantee that will reach you because I don't know your position or how many cameras we'll have. But if speed is the main factor for you, I would suggest you consider if you wanted to swap to the kit over the body only. The kits are going to be available faster, we'll probably complete that queue with the delivery next week.

Oddly I had the same thought about the new Glasgow store. They moved from the old (not very salubrious) Calumet location which was convenient to park at and pick up stuff. The new location is inside the LEZ and yet well away from the city centre. The new store itself is nice enough but it's not somewhere I would think of as being convenient to drop in or pass by.

Ok, so I was in downtown Embra today with time to kill, so I popped in - it's a nice looking store but it feels significantly smaller (going to be - closer to the city centre means rent per square metre is going to be more) and with less in. Also the door is a pull door - so there seems to be a risk of knocking someone over on exiting the store.

In all honesty I can't see me dropping in like I used to (it's too much of a pain if driving) also muscle memory of formerly Calumet then Wex having been in Jane St for decades.

Is there anyway for me to know which one is genuinely the best working/condition one?

I can confirm that this information is stored on the product pages. The shutter count is only ever not listed if we are unable to obtain it.
