I saw this today and thought what the hell is going on here ? I saw most of it being put up but hadn't been past for a while. The building stick out about 4 foot to the side of the lower portion and about 10 feet to the gate , which oddly seems not to do a lot as you could bypass it using the neighbors property. It was all built at the same time. ( Guessing it had to be like this to miss something underneath !
Have to be honest took it yesterday, processed it today - in the forest around lac Montbel, Ariege, S. France I am going with a collection of very old Trametes sp. To be honest it was the colour combination that caught me - on old dead Silver Birch with moss - whats not to like
I bought a converter to use my vintage Contarex lenses on my Lumix S1. The converter was far too tight to use safely so I contacted the dealer who kindly offered a replacement and didn't want the faulty one back. The replacement is better, but still a bit too tight for my liking. So, I set to work with a file on the first one. After three goes using a scrap lens I've now got it just right and risked mounting a 35mm Distagon on the Lumix and venturing into the garden in my slippers.
First go at some photos of motorcycles
- My husbands new T120 and a couple of bonus motorcycle shots whilst I’m riding pillion waiting for my four cylinders of mayhem (ZX4RR) ️
I finished early today as the fishing was poor. So, I stopped off t a village in the Charente Valley to take a few photos instead. Panasonic S1 with Contarex mount Zeiss Distagon 35mm lens.
I re-learnt a few things tonight , One when doing night photography take a light with you ! Two, If you lurk in dark Graveyards don't be surprised if you freak the locals and their dogs out ( Good old Jack Russell x Yorkshire Terrier was taking no chances ! ) Three, take a light so you can't see the spirit level you don't have ( message to self get a spirit level )
This one surprised me as I could just about see a faint light in the windows
