I was looking at a used Drone when I looked the description "MO"it is showing as "Video Camera appears as new, the camcorder is free of cosmetic marks and scratches." That description doesn't seem to fit the item and itsnot very clear to me?

Hello,Don't like the new system of assessing the condition of used equipment. Gone from being very specific descriptions to more general observations, such as
'This Lens is in mint condition and will show only 1 or 2 very light marks such as very light wear to the lens mount or a small mark on the barrel,' and
'This Camera will show very light use and will exhibit only a few light marks such as light wear and shining to the lens mount, screen and base'.
Thanks for the feedback. This is always welcome and will be passed on to the appropriate person.Still doesn't make sense to me I'm afraid. Ignoring that one 'great example', a buyer won't really know the condition of an item until it is received. Others may disagree. The system will, of course, 'streamline the system for retail staff'.
